Executive coaching

“ Technical excellence gets you to the top. It rarely keeps you there.”

There are a lot of coaches out there. Most of them haven't been through what their clients are going through.

I work specifically with professional women in a period of challenge — those who have achieved a lot and are now asking what comes next, or who are juggling the demands of personal and professional lives or who are navigating something that has knocked them sideways.

I've been there. A long career at the top of the legal profession in highly pressured situations, raising three children, a period of personal disruption I didn't see coming, and the process of working out what to do next, overcoming my own internal demons — and actually doing something about it to change things and take back control.

That's not background colour. It's the whole point. A psychology degree and Samaritans training also shape how I coach.

I collaborate with other experienced coaches and practitioners where it adds something — so alongside commercial grounding and lived experience of senior professional life, you get access to a broader range of approaches when the situation calls for it.

Coming soon: The Long Game — a small-group programme for driven, ambitious people who are also parents. Thriving, not surviving. Success on your terms.
